[SM-USERS] No mails in "Sent"
Dear comunity, I'm trying to setup Squirrelmail as webmail , and have runed into a problem with sending items. First i was unable to send items because of "Cannot create message – no write permission or out of disk space" ERROR. I've solved it with advice on http://www.webhosting.uk.com/forums/faqs-tutorials/7732-e-mail-issue-squirrelmail-error-could-not-append-message-inbox-sent.html After that i can send mail , but no mail is shown in "Sent" folder ; when i lokup the server itself i can see that all sent messages are in /home/username/Maildir/.Sent/tmp folder. What can i do to make sent messages appear in "Sent" folder of Squirrelmail interface ? -- View this message in context: http://old.nabble.com/No-mails-in-%22Sent%22-tp33530376p33530376.html Sent from the squirrelmail-users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. -- This SF email is sponsosred by: Try Windows Azure free for 90 days Click Here http://p.sf.net/sfu/sfd2d-msazure - squirrelmail-users mailing list Posting guidelines: http://squirrelmail.org/postingguidelines List address: squirrelmail-users@lists.sourceforge.net List archives: http://news.gmane.org/gmane.mail.squirrelmail.user List info (subscribe/unsubscribe/change options): https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/squirrelmail-users
Re: [SM-USERS] No mails in "Sent"
Hi, and thank you for the reply. Solution you offered indeed did the trick. Is there a way to see why the app failed to create subdirs at instal/configuration time ? I'm having quite a few installations planed and i'd like to prevent the root cause for this on other instances. -- View this message in context: http://old.nabble.com/No-mails-in-%22Sent%22-tp33530376p33544582.html Sent from the squirrelmail-users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. -- This SF email is sponsosred by: Try Windows Azure free for 90 days Click Here http://p.sf.net/sfu/sfd2d-msazure - squirrelmail-users mailing list Posting guidelines: http://squirrelmail.org/postingguidelines List address: squirrelmail-users@lists.sourceforge.net List archives: http://news.gmane.org/gmane.mail.squirrelmail.user List info (subscribe/unsubscribe/change options): https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/squirrelmail-users
[SM-USERS] Other sort fields in squirrelmail web interface
Hello, is there a posibility to add more sorting fields in squirrelmail interface ? I'd like to sort mail by "sent" date. -- View this message in context: http://old.nabble.com/Other-sort-fields-in-squirrelmail-web-interface-tp33544983p33544983.html Sent from the squirrelmail-users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. -- This SF email is sponsosred by: Try Windows Azure free for 90 days Click Here http://p.sf.net/sfu/sfd2d-msazure - squirrelmail-users mailing list Posting guidelines: http://squirrelmail.org/postingguidelines List address: squirrelmail-users@lists.sourceforge.net List archives: http://news.gmane.org/gmane.mail.squirrelmail.user List info (subscribe/unsubscribe/change options): https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/squirrelmail-users
Re: [SM-USERS] Other sort fields in squirrelmail web interface
Thank you for the reply. I agree that sorting by "sent" brings a certain dose of unreliability, and my reasons to use it are a bit unusual ( one of bussiness processes require us to check that date, and i can't teach my users to read mail headers).
