[SM-USERS] Plugin and the corresponding compatibility
Hi people, I have Squirrelmail 1.4.3a-5 and I want to install the Change_passwd plugin to change the users' system passwords of my webmail. In the SM official site, I encounter some information but I really get lost. For example, the Change_passwd 4.0 plugin says that the requirements are Squirrelmail 1.2.8 and Compatibility plugin 1.3, but it doesn't say nothing about my actual version of SM. I ask you: do I need to download always the last Compatibility version independently of the SM version or what ? Thanks a lot ! Re: [SM-USERS] Plugin to filter spam
Hi Zamri, I've read your response about a plugin filter for spam mails, using Squirrelmail as the user interface. You recomended to me using PROCMAIL, and I see many people use it...but can you tell me if just procmail is necessary to put the spam mails into a given folder ??? Or do I have to install more packages ?? I have sendmail + uw-imapd + clamav + spamassassin + spamass-milter Really thanks !!! For time being, I use procmail recipe to mark them as **SPAM** and move them automatically to spam folder. :0: * ^X-Spam-Status: Yes $HOME/Mail/Spam > > I saw several plugins in the sm homepage...but which fits my needs Do > you know about it ??? > I have read one plugin which does filter spam using procmail (server-side filter). [SM-USERS] Accessing Squirrelmail via HTTPS
Hi people, I have basically sendmail + uw-imapd + squirrelmail + httpd on a Fedora Core 3 server (also I have clamav + spamassasin + procmail). Now I access the webmail through HTTP and not HTTPS, and so it's insecure. I want to implement the web access via HTTPS, so I have two questions: 1) Which files do I have to edit ??? 2) Can I use HTTPS but mantaining sendmail and uw-imapd settings as now (I'm not using imaps, just imap) Thanks a lot !!!
