Ok, I didn't have time to close this before, I did install vlogin plugin,
got it working properly, managed to configure domains, but when i setup
$enable_footer_configuration_in_vadmin = 0; to 1 I can compose email but
when I send I got white screen, what I miss is proper config in vlogin
itself I guess, but not sure of that. I spoke to some lads on IRC and they
adviced me to put email footer config to vlongin folder, but didn't help. I
saw in docs/CONFIGURATION that I should put it into array per domain, but
then when I do it I lose connection to webmail...

Not sure what am I doing wrong...

thanks
Jake

Re: [SM-USERS] load continuously for some emails in some languages with utf-8 charset

2010-08-09 Thread nethubonline

Sorry to open this thread again.

We found that the same problem (while I use Chinese Trad language as my
webmail interface, it will load continuously and cause 100% CPU loading.)
occurs again on another email content which is attached here:
http://old.nabble.com/file/p29378909/abc2.tar.gz abc2.tar.gz

Already tested on fresh installed squirrelmail-1.4.21.tar.bz2 &
squirrelmail-20100808_0200-SVN.stable.tar.bz2 without additional
plugin/locale, both stable and snapshot versions have same problem.

[SM-USERS] After download, mark as read

2010-08-09 Thread FitPlusMag.com

Hi there,

We just changed web guys, and when the new one reset up SM for us, I lost
all my settings. I think I have them back except for one.

Before, when I would get to the office and open mail, all my messages would
download and then when I got home and returned to SM, I could see the ones
that were on my work computer as read (not highlighted), but now it seems I
have lost that and even if the messages are downloaded onto my work machine
they show up here as not read. Any way to fix this?

[SM-USERS] Spell check error . . .

2010-08-09 Thread John Williams

List members:

I support a small Squirrelmail installation
running version 1.4.19.

When I use the built-in spel -checker,
I get the following error message:

System error: Aspell program
execution failed (` -a --lang=en_US --encoding=utf-8 -H <
/var/tmp/aspell_data_35Ww9w2>&1')

Can anyone point
out how to fix tihis issue?

I've looked at all the recommended
sources and have been unable to find an answer.

Thanks in
advance.

Make sure that html_mail plugin configuration file exists and
$html_mail_aspell_path setting is correct.

I don't presently have time to test this myself, but please view the
mailing list posting guidelines and submit all of the information it
asks for (and MORE!) so we can make sure we understand your system.
Please also include information about your gettext, mbstring and other
related systems.

Just taking a peek at the email, the subject is poorly formed, so the
first place to start here is to notify the sender that their mailer is
not RFC-compliant. "Fixing" SquirrelMail to read non-compliant
headers is not technically part of the job description. :-)
