See Folder Synch plugin. It should keep left and right frames in sync.

Are you sure about it?

Plugin does not sync by default. You must enable appropriate options in
user preferences (see Display Preferences) and refresh left frame, if you
want to sync it with right frame changes.

I just been to the Display Option, I don't see any Refresh Frame. When
down one option at a time, and don't see any reference to refreshing or
syncing frames

do you run the testconfig thingy after you "install" the plugin with
conf.pl ?
what does that report ?
