There is now a minor (more or less cosmetical) problem left: the 'submit' button in Options > Manage One Time Passwords appears to do nothing when either (a) there are no more passwords to create (since their number equals the maximum) or (b) the current login is an otp login. Shouldn't it have a kind of 'back' function in these cases?
