[SM-USERS] Have the pref and abook format changed between versions
Hello all, I have been carefully moving our current mail system to new hardware/software piece by piece over the last several weeks/months. We have a rather old version of sm * $Id: index.php,v 1.14.2.1 2003/07/27 19:38:44 kink Exp $ And we are looking to modernize to. version $Id: index.php 13549 2009-04-15 22:00:49Z jervfors $ or the latest version. Question: For the .abook and .pref .sig files in the sm/data directory is the format the same? Can I just copy/mount these files directly, or do I have to convert them in any way? Address book might break, if somebody forgot to add empty trailing fields in custom crafted address book files. Older preferences should work in 1.4.x, but some defaults are changed. -- Tomas -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/Have-the-pref-and-abook-format-changed-between-versions-tp25961254p25963490.html Sent from the squirrelmail-users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. -- Come build with us!
