Restrict Parsing duplicate file in Solr

Hi I am new to Solr , I am looking for option of restricting duplicate file
indexing in solr.Please let me know if it can be done with any configuration
change.

Thanks for the response. My requirement is make sure I detect file  if its
already indexed , neglect instead of replacing the existing one.
