[R-pkg-devel] CRAN package check gives strange error for r-release-macos-x86_x64

2020-07-14 Thread Torsten Schöps
Hello,

I'm trying to submit an updated version of the RPPanalyzer package,
because of an upcoming maintainer change for the package.

But unfortunately the update does not pass the submit check system. :(
The details are here:
https://cran.r-project.org/web/checks/check_results_RPPanalyzer.html)

inux and Windows are passed, but it keeps crashing for MacOS
(r-release-macos-x86_x64) giving this error:

Error in file(con, "w") : cannot open the connection

(Full log here:
https://www.r-project.org/nosvn/R.check/r-release-macos-x86_64/RPPanalyzer-00install.html)

I have no clue what might throw this message nor how to fix it ?

Any help is therefore very appreciated :)

Regards,
Torsten Schoeps

Ideally ask Simon Urbanek who runs the Mac system.
