[PHP] German [PEAR]-mailinglist arranged | webmaster@php.net out of order

2002-12-04 Thread Tobias Schlitt
Hi y'all!

Ralf Geschke has set up a german-language mailinglist about
PEAR. I would like it very much, if you add a link to this
mailingslist on the PEAR-website.

The official administration-link for subscribing/unsubscribing
is: http://lists.phpcenter.de/mailman/listinfo/pear

You can find a general PHP-mailinglist on
http://www.php-center.de/php-de/index.php, to.

I'll send this to both of your mailinglists, because the
email-adress [EMAIL PROTECTED] seems to be out of order. (I
sent about 3 mails to it, and all came back...)

Sorry for posting / crossposting!

Special regards,
Toby

[PHP] Problems with "ftp_put()", .in.-file already exists

2002-12-15 Thread Tobias Schlitt
Hi all!

I've written some small FTP-Class, which i would like to
release into PEAR.
The class covers a method, to recursively up- and download whole
directories. But everytime i try running the method over the
whole PEAR-API-Doc, i generated with phpdoc, i get the
following error, even, if the upload-directory is empty:
-- snip --
ftp_put():
/public_html/privat/pear/XML/XML_Transformer_Namespace_PHP.html:
Temporary hidden file
/public_html/privat/pear/XML/.in.XML_Transformer_Namespace_PHP.html.
already exists in /usr/lib/php/pear/Net/FTP.php on line
498
-- snip --

You can find the class here (for error-reviewing):
http://www.schlitt-design.de/ftp.zip.

Thans a lot for every help!
Regards,
Toby

[PHP] XML-Presentationsystem from the Conf2002

2002-12-27 Thread Tobias Schlitt
Hi folks!

I saw the nice-looking presentationsystem, written in PHP and using XML, on
the PHP-Conference this year. I liked that very much and think it's must for
every PHP-related presentation. So, can anyone tell me, where to download
the system? Has anyone got it at home and could send me a quick tar-ball of
it per mail??

Thanks for your help! Hope you all had merry X-Mas!

Regards,
Toby

[PHP] PHP 4.3.0 (Win32, zip) not bundled with PEAR?

2002-12-31 Thread Tobias Schlitt
Hi PHP-lovers! Happy new year!

I just downloaded the PHP 4.3.0 binaries (Win32, zip) and saw,
that no PEAR related stuff is included... is that right or is
there a mistake in it? I thought, PEAR would be integral part
of PHP since some versions...

Regards!

ID3-Tags, integration in Winamp over a PlugIn, Playlistgeneration, Add and
Enqueue Files to winamp from the application,.).

Who's is interested in trying and reporting some bugs an workaraounds to me,
should download the script including the PlugIn on source-forge:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/php-mp3/

Would ne nice to hear from some of you. Maybe you can use source-forge for
reporting bugs. Making easier tracking!

Thanks a lot!
Cheers,
Toby

I tried installing SQLite on my home server after it ran perfectly on our
developement servers in my company.

My system is Debian 3, running PHP 4.3.3. I get the following error:

running: phpize
autoconf: Undefined macros:
configure.in:76:AC_PROG_LIBTOOL
`phpize' failed

Can anyone solve this issue?

Toby
