[PHP] Applying The Patch (Mandrake)

I'm running mandrake 8.1 with PHP 4.1.1 (RPM install) on my system and was
wondering how to apply this patch.  I know I need to use patch [destination]
[source] but I'm ont sure if this patch works with RPM based installation.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

[PHP] XML Comparison?

I was wondering if anyone would know how I could go about checking two XML
files for differences, similar to the "diff" command in *nix.  I'm having a
heck of a time getting a function written to achieve this task.
