Seeking New Members for the Community Code of Conduct Committee

This message is being sent from the Community Code of Conduct Committee, with 
the approval of the Core Team.
The PostgreSQL Community Code of Conduct Committee is approaching our first 
year anniversary. As part of the Community CoC policy, the Committee membership 
is to be refreshed on an annual basis.
We are seeking up to two (2) volunteers to serve on the Committee for the 
coming year, October 1, 2019 - September 30, 2020.
We are seeking people who reflect the diversity of the PostgreSQL community, 
with the goal to have members from multiple countries and varied demographics.
The time commitment for Committee involvement varies, based on internal 
administrative work and the number of active investigations. We estimate an 
average of 5 to 10 hours per month, but that could increase if there is an 
increase in the number of incident reports.

Hi, Boris - A redline or similar mark up in a standard document format (.odt, 
.pages, .doc, etc.) is the most common method. As long as it is readable by a 
human and the edits are easy to see, we can probably work with it.  Thank you!

Comitato per il Codice di Comportamento

Il Core Team di PostgreSQL nominerà un Comitato per il Codice di
Comportamento, che si occuperà di ricevere ed indagare su tutti i
reclami, e un Presidente del Comitato. Qualsiasi membro della comunità
può offrirsi volontario per far parte del Comitato, ad eccezione dei
membri del Core Team. Poiché il Core Team sovrintende al Comitato, i
membri del Core Team non faranno parte del Comitato per evitare
conflitti di interesse. L'elenco dei membri del Comitato sarà sempre
disponibile al pubblico e può essere visualizzato qui

Inclusività e comportamento appropriato

La partecipazione al progetto PostgreSQL è aperta a chiunque abbia
interesse a lavorare con PostgreSQL, indipendentemente dal livello di
esperienza con il software o con la tecnologia. Tutti sono incoraggiati
allo sviluppo software, e in generale alla contribuzione, a prescindere
dalla propria formazione.

Sono incoraggiate discussioni riflessive e costruttive, relative al
software, la comunità, lo stato attuale e le possibili evoluzioni. Il
tema delle discussioni dovrebbe comunque riguardare il codice e progetti
correlati, progetti comunitari e l'infrastruttura.

Attacchi personali e commenti negativi riguardanti caratteristiche
personali sono inaccettabili e pertanto non saranno permessi. Alcuni
esempi di caratteristiche personali sono età, razza, etnicità,
religione, genere od orientamento sessuale.

Altri esempi di comportamento che violano questo Codice di Comportamento
sono minacce di violenza verso individui o gruppi, minacce di sabotaggio
sia esso di tipo professionale comunitario o di qualunque progetto,
attenzioni sessuali indesiderate sotto qualsiasi forma, comportamenti
che possano causare danno di reputazione al progetto PostgreSQL e
rifiuto di cessare qualsiasi condotta inappropriata quando richiesto.

Ritorsioni

Sono inoltre espressamente vietate ritorsioni contro una persona che
presenti un reclamo ai sensi del presente Codice di Comportamento o
contro chiunque stia prestando assistenza alle indagini per tale
reclamo. La ritorsione può avvenire sotto forma di queste ed altre
azioni:

-   ulteriori attacchi personali (pubblici o privati);
-   azioni che minano lo status professionale e/o lo status di un
individuo nei confronti del datore di lavoro, dei colleghi, dei
clienti o della comunità;
-   azioni che minacciano la privacy, la persona fisica, il benessere,
l'abitazione dell'individuo e/o la sua famiglia.

Gli atti di ritorsione saranno trattati alla stessa maniera di qualsiasi
altra violazione del presente Codice di Comportamento.

Comitato per il Codice di Comportamento

Il Core Team di PostgreSQL nominerà un Comitato per il Codice di
Comportamento, che si occuperà di ricevere ed indagare su tutti i
reclami, e un Presidente del Comitato. Qualsiasi membro della comunità
può offrirsi volontario per far parte del Comitato, ad eccezione dei
membri del Core Team. Poiché il Core Team sovrintende al Comitato, i
membri del Core Team non faranno parte del Comitato per evitare
conflitti di interesse. L'elenco dei membri del Comitato sarà sempre
disponibile al pubblico e può essere visualizzato qui

I membri del Comitato cambieranno ogni anno. Il Core Team o il

Introduction
Le Projet PostgreSQL est fier de la qualité de son code et de son travail, et 
des réalisations techniques et professionnelles de sa communauté. Nous 
attendons de tous les participants qu'ils se conduisent de manière 
professionnelle, en agissant avec courtoisie et dans l'intérêt commun, dans le 
respect de tous les utilisateurs et développeurs.
À ces fins, nous avons établi ce Code de conduite pour l'interaction et la 
participation de la communauté aux travaux du projet et à la communauté dans 
son ensemble. Ce Code est censé couvrir toute interaction entre les membres de 
la communauté, qu'elle ait lieu ou non au sein de l'infrastructure 
postgresql.org, pour autant qu'aucun autre Code de Conduite ne prévale (tel que 
le Code de Conduite d'une conférence).

Inclusivité et conduite appropriée
Le Projet PostgreSQL est ouvert à la participation de toute personne intéressée 
par le travail avec PostgreSQL, quel que soit son niveau d'expérience avec le 
logiciel, ou avec la technologie en général. Nous encourageons le développement 
et les contributions de tous les utilisateurs, quelle que soit leur formation.
Nous encourageons les discussions réfléchies et constructives sur le logiciel 
et cette communauté, leur état actuel et les possibles directions de 
développement. Nos discussions doivent se concentrer sur le code et la 
technologie associée, les projets communautaires et l'infrastructure.
Les attaques personnelles et les commentaires négatifs sur des caractéristiques 
personnelles sont inacceptables et ne seront pas autorisés. Les exemples de 
caractéristiques personnelles comprennent, de façon non exhaustive, l'âge, la 
race, les origines nationales ou les ascendances, la religion, le genre ou 
l'orientation sexuelle.
D'autres exemples de comportements représentant également des violations de ce 
Code de Conduite sont : les menaces de violence à l'encontre d'un individu ou 
d'un groupe, les menaces de sabotage professionnel, communautaire et/ou de 
projets, les sollicitations sexuelles importunes de quelque forme que ce soit, 
les comportements susceptibles de discréditer le projet PostgreSQL, et le refus 
de stopper un comportement inapproprié malgré une demande en ce sens.

Représailles
Il est également expressément interdit à quiconque d'exercer des représailles à 
l'encontre d'une personne qui dépose une plainte en vertu du présent Code de 
Conduite, ou qui contribue à l'instruction d'une telle plainte. Les 
représailles peuvent, entre autres, se manifester par les actions suivantes :
- de nouvelles attaques personnelles (publiques ou privées) ;
- des actions qui nuisent au statut professionnel d'une personne et/ou à son 
statut auprès de son employeur, de ses collègues, de ses clients ou de la 
communauté ;
- des actions qui menacent la vie privée de l'individu, sa personne physique, 
son bien-être, son domicile et/ou sa famille.
Les actes de représailles seront traités de la même manière que toute autre 
violation du présent Code de Conduite.


Comité du Code de Conduite
La Core Team nommera un Comité du Code de Conduite chargé de recevoir et 
d'examiner toutes les plaintes, ainsi qu'un président pour ce Comité. Tout 
membre de la communauté peut se porter volontaire pour faire partie du Comité, 
à l'exception des membres de la Core Team. Étant donné que la Core Team 
supervise le Comité, les membres de la Core Team ne siégeront pas au Comité 
afin d'éviter tout conflit d'intérêt. La liste des membres du Comité sera 
accessible au public à tout moment et peut être consultée ici.
La composition du Comité sera renouvelée annuellement. La Core Team ou le 
président du Comité annonceront les dates d'ouverture et de clôture du 
processus annuel de sélection des membres par le biais des canaux de 
communication habituels de la communauté.
Tout membre de la communauté souhaitant s'engager auprès du Comité remplira un 
questionnaire initial qui sera examiné par la Core Team et le Comité en
