[Pan-users] Trouble getting Pan release 0.160

I run Fedora, currently fc40, updating it daily. I've been assuming that included updating Pan, which I check a couple times a day. But I now find rpm -q pan pan-0.149-4.fc38.x86_64 I asked why on the Fedora list, where I'm assured that the Fedora versions, if they exist, haven't been arriving. Porting anything to Fedora, if that's the term, is way beyond me. I have been able to get it working on Fedora 40 up to pan-0.158, I build rpms locally from source using the Fedora .spec files slightly tweaked. Things have broken with pan-0.159 and pan-0.160, I think mostly because of the change from autotools to cmake. I have been working on pan-0.160 today but I can't get it working yet. If you would like the installable pan-0.158 rpms for Fedora 40 x86_64 then I can email them to you. You're looking at about 10.5MB including the debug rpms, so when encoded for email maybe 16-18MB. -- Brian Morrison "I am not young enough to know everything" Oscar Wilde ___ Pan-users mailing list Pan-users@nongnu.org https://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/pan-users
