It’s that time of the year again when some of us have to adjust our clocks.
The fun doesn’t stop there as we have to adjust our work schedules too.

[Numpy-discussion] next NumPy Newcomers' Hour - 8 pm UTC

The next NumPy Newcomers’ Hour will be held this Thursday, November 17th at
8 pm UTC.

Ross Barnowski, a NumPy maintainer and postdoctoral scholar at Berkeley
Institute for Data Science (UC Berkeley), will talk about the content and
maintenance of the GitHub repository with NumPy tutorials (
https://github.com/numpy/numpy-tutorials). Ross has been involved in open
source software for reproducible, collaborative science since 2015,
primarily as an educator. He holds a PhD in Nuclear Engineering from UC
Berkeley and previously served as an assistant research scientist and
lecturer in the Department of Nuclear Engineering teaching the
graduate-level lab in nuclear instrumentation.
