Sure, I will share the paper.dropbox.com having the proposed timeline,
ideas, milestones, and implementation details right after the meeting
on Apr 11, 4 P.M. UTC for inputs, thoughts, suggestions, any enhancements.

I'll be there. I hope I won't take much of the scheduled NumPy
documentation team meeting time. :)
