I just upgraded from KMyMoney 4.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have multiple closed accounts
2. Go to Settings | Configure KMyMoney, check "Do not show closed accounts"
3. Closed accounts are still shown

OBSERVED RESULT
See above

EXPECTED RESULT
They should be hidden, jsst as they weer in v4.

Actually, I found another bug that explained that the real issue is that the
filter in the dialog doesn't override show all accounts in the View on the
menu.   Apparently this has been noted and it's going to be fixed in a future
release.
