Sorry guy's I was distracted by Work and the fact that my laptop had issues and
Windows help desk did me the favor of upgrading Vista to Win7 which killed Grub
and I was unable to access things.  I now have both PC's up and running but I
have only found a work around for Kmymoney on my other PC.  I am not sure how
to upgrade to 4.6.4

Thanks Guy's, I up-graded my Distro to 12.10 and now have Kmymoney 4.6.3-1 and
no more glitches
