Try going to Preferences -> Icons and changing there to > Breeze or Breeze Dark. Hello, I have read your message and thank you for it. I went to the icon configuration, but the only choice is the "system". I was offered to download "oxygen", "tango" or breeze". Yes, but how? [kmymoney] [Bug 458346] New: Display of balances is not correct when filters are active
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=458346 Bug ID: 458346 Summary: Display of balances is not correct when filters are active Product: kmymoney Version: git (master) Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: kmymoney-devel@kde.org Reporter: tbaumg...@kde.org Target Milestone: --- The balances shown in the ledger are incorrect during reconciliation and when a start date filter is set. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. With transactions prior to 1.1.2022 set the start date filter to 1.1.2022 2. Open a ledger of an account that has such transactions 1. Open account with prior reconciliation 2. Start new reconciliation 3. Fill in the ending balance and statement date 4. Continue with the reconciliation OBSERVED RESULT Balances shown are incorrect EXPECTED RESULT Correct balances are provided no matter which filter is set ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The summary line shown for the reconciliation has the correct amounts. Since the balances are calculated on the fly, it seems that the wrong model (the one with the filter) is used to do that calculation. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
[kmymoney] [Bug 457640] Allow KmyMoney to stay on selected transaction even when switching between Virtual Desktops
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=457640 --- Comment #6 from Jack --- Jesse - when you respond to questions, you can change the status from NEEDSINFO back to REPORTED. That will stop the (automated) Bug Janitor from getting involved. A few additional questions: - Is this with Xorg or with Wayland? - Please confirm that it only happens when using Gnome and not when using KDE/Plasma. Thanks. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
[kmymoney] [Bug 458298] disappearance of icons
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=458298 --- Comment #8 from Jack --- I do find it odd that Breeze was not included in your original installation, but that may be due to running Gnome instead of KDE/Plasma. If the icon configuration screen offers to download Breeze, you should just be able to click on that button. Once it is downloaded, you should be able to select it on that same screen. If that doesn't work for you, we'll try to figure out which package you can install with apt-get or synaptic, whichever you normally use for updates. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
[kmymoney] [Bug 458298] disappearance of icons
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=458298 --- Comment #9 from Jean-Marie LARGEAU-ABAD --- Good evening Jack, indeed when I try to open the drop-down menu to change icons, only the "system" application appears. On my old computer, KmyMoney remained in version 5.0.0 (under ubuntu 18). On this old version, it appears the possibilities of other icons "breeze", "oxygen" and "breeze dark" that I could install. But that doesn't solve this little problem I have on my laptop with version 5.1.3. Good luck. Sincerely yours -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
[kmymoney] [Bug 458298] disappearance of icons
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=458298 --- Comment #10 from Jack --- Where are you trying to change the icons? In KDE, it would be under the SystemSettings app. I don't know about Gnome. Note there is a difference between selecting an icon theme (which requires that theme to already be installed) and downloading new icon themes. Anyway, you might try "sudo apt-get install breeze-icon-theme" (typing that in a terminal, without the quotes.) If that works, then you should be able to select the breeze icons. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

Hi Jack. Sure thing. Right now I will leave it as is because I am not home to provide the information requested. At this time I was using Gnome w/Wayland. Under Plasma, I do not recall this happening. Anyone else have Plasma installed that can test the Plasma path? Thanks! -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
[kmymoney] [Bug 457640] Allow KmyMoney to stay on selected transaction even when switching between Virtual Desktops
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=457640 --- Comment #8 from Jack --- That actually make me suspect Wayland more than Gnome, although that's only a guess. Remember, Thomas was unable to reproduce, and I'm pretty sure he uses KDE/Plasma with Xorg, not Wayland. I also run Xorg, but can test Wayland at some point to see if I can reproduce the problem. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
