I think it might be fixed. Yesterday I split apart my zfs mirror, reattached the drive using /dev/disk/by-id and it worked without any issues. I am using the 4.8 kernel now which has zfs 0.6.5.8. This corrects just the ACL_TYPE_DEFAULT case for the ACL setting for ZFS, and sets it to the *correct* name.
