Assistance with two bugs

I am requesting assistance with following

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=489815 -- May or may not be fixable
current auto updates for translations seem to quire Qt/Kde based
translation calls.

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=486401 -- This is a Wayland specific
slow down when scrolling -- very noticeable.

I fail to see this as as real world issue, can one at all measure the 
impact of that extra loaded DLL,

I highly doubt that.

I would not start to put work in replacing Qt just because somebody says 
loading that is slow.

> Thanks. I would say this is a case where having the option not to install
it is the best solution that is now done for those who feel it is a
problem.
That one is now closed. The second is verified on my machine so its more a
matter getting ideas as to where the slow down is.
