I agree. Just the same with Okular 0.24 (under OpenSuSE) : the stamp is really
included in the exported PDF file (whose size grows), but in a special manner,
which isn't compatible with Adobe Reader.
Hopefully one will find how to fix that ...

[okular] [Bug 363298] Allow users to define custom stamp to use with the review functions.

2016-11-19 Thread Robert Cabane
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=363298

As of Okular 0.24, it's really possible to create personal stamps, see here :
https://wiki.ubuntuusers.de/Okular/
However, the exported PDF file doesn't show the personal stamps with any other
viewer as Okular (tested with Evince and the pdf viewers included in FireFox or
Chrome).

[dolphin] [Bug 401024] New: Dolphin crashes when starting from icon click

2018-11-14 Thread Robert Cabane
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=401024

Bug ID: 401024
Summary: Dolphin crashes when starting from icon click
   Product: dolphin
   Version: 17.12.3
  Platform: openSUSE RPMs
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
  Keywords: drkonqi
  Severity: crash
  Priority: NOR
 Component: general
  Assignee: dolphin-bugs-n...@kde.org
  Reporter: rcab...@free.fr
CC: elvis.angelac...@kde.org
  Target Milestone: ---

Application: dolphin (17.12.3)

Qt Version: 5.9.4
Frameworks Version: 5.45.0
Operating System: Linux 4.12.14-lp150.12.25-default x86_64
Distribution: "openSUSE Leap 15.0"

-- Information about the crash:
Since a couple of updates, quite frequently I get crashes while I'm starting
Dolphin from the icon on the applications bar. The application's window briefly
appears before the crash happens. Once Dolphin gets started, it behaves
normally and doesn't carsh anymore.
Could be baloo-related.

The crash can be reproduced every time.

Hello,
I'm also in need of an FTPES connection by means of Dolphin, which is actually
undoable. It works with nautilus of pcmanfm, however, but I prefer to use
Dolphin.

Additionally, the provided stamps :
CONFIDENTIAL, Approved, Not Approved, Draft, Experimental, As Is, Expired,
Final, For Comment, For Public Release, Sold, Top Secret, Departmental
got their descriptive texts translated, while the stamp's image remains in pure
English.
How could we localize such things ? (perhaps crafting the required images by
means of a Graphics Magic call ?).
