It does not happen all the time, but when you close workrave window, reopen from tray it would render plasma unusable and only sddm restart can help. I wanted to save attachment, but file with that name already existed. Therefore new window was opened. Normally there would be a question whether I want to overwrite/rename etc, but I it was all black. After a few seconds kontact crashes. This also happened to me when composing email. Window shoud have different content, but it was all black and crashed occured quickly afterwards. Kontact will usually crash. It happened to me at least three times. I should probably also mention that I am running kontact with QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb variable due to blurry new email window on Wayland.
