It seems that when I tick the checkbox which says "Use mouse events for right-
and middle-clicks..." in Tablet settings, I'm not affected by this bug anymore.
Strange... I don't have to do this with the Appimage version. My tablet is this

In the older versions of Akonadi (<= 18.12) OAuth2 will be greyed out if the
package was built without support for Qt NetworkAuth. Starting with 19.04 Qt
NetworkAuth is a hard requirement and OAuth2 will always be enabled.

The 401 error may be there due to lack of OAuth2 support. It all depends on the
authentication configuration of the Exchange server. In the organization I work
for Office 365 is configured so that basic authentication is not supported and
it is necessary to use OAuth2.

[okular] [Bug 408511] New: Night mode for Okular

2019-06-10 Thread Raphaël Jakse

Bug ID: 408511
   Summary: Night mode for Okular

Status: REPORTED
  Severity: normal

  Assignee: okular-de...@kde.org

  Target Milestone: ---

Hello,

Since this is becoming a popular everywhere, a night mode for Okular would be
nice. It is actually possible to achieve that for many PDFs going to Settings,
accessibility, check Modify colors, choose Invert color.

I feel this might be a popular setting that could go in the "Show" menu. It
would not really be night mode, but "Invert colors" is probably clear enough. I
thing going all the way to the accessibility setting (and discovering it) is
less than ideal. I also think many people do not see it as an accessibility
feature but as a preference.

What do you think?

In Kate 18.12.2, I can got to an existing line like

fn main() {

then insert the cursor between the brackets and type ')'. Result: the cursor is
moved one space to the right (with or without the 'enable automatic brackets'
option).

This behaviour happens even if I just added another bracket! E.g. typing 'x:
(f32, f32)' results in:

fn main(x: (f32, f32) {

(missing closing ')' because the old one was overridden).

I'd been wondering why the compiler has complained about missing brackets so
much lately. This behaviour is horrible (personally I prefer no
autocompletion).

Raise limit for PimItem.remoteId to 1024 characters

Summary:
Some DAV servers produce exteremely long RIDs that do not fit into the
current 255 character limit. This is only problem on MySQL, on other
DBs we use TEXT, which has no length limit.

On MySQL, just increasing the column length to 1024 is not enough,
there's a limit on maximum length of VARBINARY/VARCHAR index, which is
756 bytes (255 characters). To be able to have an index on a VARBINARY
column with up to 1024 characters we need to enable innodb_large_prefix
and change how the extra characters are stored on the disk (ROW_FORMAT).

Test Plan: Modified a unit-test to attempt creating an Item with 1024
characters long RID

Use mapped account only if information is present

Using the AqBanking file importer may not provide information about the
account the imported data relates to. In this case, it does not make
sense to search for an online mapping. Doing so leads to false results,
as without values for account or routing number the first mapped account
will be selected which is wrong.

This change does not try the mapping if both values are empty and allows
the user to select the account as part of the process.

A night mode would probably be Invert Luma instead of Invert Colors, to

Right, and also hitting Esc a second time is not obvious either, unless you do
it by accident.

Even if the previous search result is still in view and you see it disappear
when (by accident) you hit Esc a second time, i think the notion that this
cancels the previous search is not entirely obvious, even less so the notion
that this resets the current page in case of a new search...

"Duplicate tab" after right-click on a tab opens the new tab at the bottom of

In the horizontal tab bar the new tab appears, as expected, next to the

Note that this is a similar problem as in

current in the horizontal tab bar but at the bottom of the vertical side bar.

Hi Jack
Thanks for your response.
My problem disappeared once I made another (different) withdrawal: the
total given was correct, and the earlier error -- indeed a rounding-up from
99 cents to 100 -- did not persist. I don't knnow if I ever set a
currency, it seemed unnecessary in that the only currency of record for me
is the Euro.
Meanwhile, I will take your advice and update my version of MyMoney. It's
been serving me satisfactorily for the past five years.

Hi Chris,

I just tested this on a fresh Ubuntu 19.04 VM and it works for me out of the
box with the Krita 4.2.1 appimage.

In general, window management isn't something Krita does itself; that's up to
the window manager, and we cannot influence it at all: it's hard to imagine how
this could be an actual bug in Krita itself.

working any more. I digged a little deeper and in fact the connection details
are written to the configuration file. Also the saved data is used once after
starting the application. However subsequent exports fail as the configuration
gets reset.

I tried to use strace to get some information but failed. Is there anything
else I could try?

[digikam] [Bug 408525] New: flickr export - location lost and/or replaced

2019-06-10 Thread bugzilla_noreply
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=408525

Bug ID: 408525
Summary: flickr export - location lost and/or replaced
   Product: digikam
   Version: 6.1.0
  Platform: Other
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
  Severity: normal
  Priority: NOR
 Component: Plugin-WebService-Flickr
  Assignee: digikam-bugs-n...@kde.org
  Reporter: jon33...@yahoo.co.uk
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
When exporting to flickr, the location is partly lost (i.e. flickr shows a "Add
ths photo to your map" link) and/or replaced. If I show the exif, this includes
the following;

Country- Primary Location Code - ABW
Country- Primary Location Name - Aruba

A tag is generated for "Aruba".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add geoloc data and tags to a picture in DK
1. Export the picture to flickr
2. Look at the flickr page
3. Show the exif

OBSERVED RESULT
flickr shows a "Add ths photo to your map" link and
the exif includes two lines as follows;
Country- Primary Location Code - ABW
Country- Primary Location Name - Aruba
An extra tag appears "Aruba" and sometimes, some tags added by DK are lost.

EXPECTED RESULT
The location added to the picture in DK appears in flickr.
The location is correctly visible in the exif.
All the tags added in DK are present and either 1) no others are present or 2)
any extra ones correctly reflect the geoloc added to the picture in DK.

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
Just started. Crashed directly.

- Custom settings of the application:
SUSE system update 42.3 to 15.1, clearing caches as adviced, helped for some
programs but not Discover, it worked 15.0 for a moment but it's no longer
working by now using old user settings directory restored. It works only if
using made after upgrade. Overwriting kde config folder taken from other users
doesn't help.

It's duplicate - sory about that.

The crash can be reproduced every time.

[kdeconnect] [Bug 408527] New: Phone led keeps blinking after answering a text with KDE Connect

2019-06-10 Thread Raphaël Jakse
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=408527

Bug ID: 408527
Summary: Phone led keeps blinking after answering a text with
KDE Connect
   Product: kdeconnect
   Version: unspecified
  Platform: Other
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
  Severity: normal
  Priority: NOR
 Component: android-application
  Assignee: albertv...@gmail.com
  Reporter: raphael@jakse.fr
  Target Milestone: ---

When I answer a text with the computer from KDE Connect, the phone's led
notification keeps blinking. Though it is obvious that I read the very message
that makes the phone blink in the first place. And I don't really want to
unlock the phone to make it stop blinking.

If it's not just me, I suspect it's not easy to fix (it seems to involve
controlling the notification of the SMS app? Maybe it requires some kind of
integration with this app?), but I did not find any bug report on this so here
it is.

Mostly fixed with
https://cgit.kde.org/baloo.git/commit/?id=d74d1cbb65db03a03d5fdb91681ad906e8f098f8.

Now the baloo_file processes will kill themselves after they've completed their
current tasks.

[Akonadi] [Bug 394839] pimitemtable.remoteid Column Too Small For Exchange Calendar Via davmail

2019-06-10 Thread Garry Williams
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=394839

You might check that innodb_large_prefix was deprecated in MySQL 5.7.7 and is
now removed from MySQL as of 8.0.0.

(My version happens to be 10.3.12-MariaDB on Fedora 30.)

I tried your patch on my mysql.conf file and got a fatal error on start-up
because of this.

If you upload an image via the web interface of Flickr no geolocation
information is displayed. It looks as if Flickr does not (more?) scan the
images. If you enable the "Use Host Application Tags" option on the Flickr
tool, everything will work as expected.

[LabPlot2] [Bug 408530] New: error bars not correctly shown in plots

2019-06-10 Thread Uwe Stöhr
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=408530

Bug ID: 408530
Summary: error bars not correctly shown in plots
   Product: LabPlot2
   Version: latest
  Platform: MS Windows
OS: MS Windows
Status: REPORTED
  Severity: normal
  Priority: NOR
 Component: frontend
  Assignee: alexander.se...@web.de
  Reporter: uwesto...@lyx.org
  Target Milestone: ---

Created attachment 120752
  --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=120752&action=edit
plot showing the bug

- open the attached example file
- look at the plot:
the error bars of the first data points are missing and I cannot find out why

The Chi^2_red is however correctly calculated using also the undisplayed error
bars. So it is a pure display bug but a nasty one since one cannot use the plot
in papers, presentations etc.
