(screenshot: https://www.peppercarrot.com/extras/temp/2018-09-23_screenshot_150851_net.jpg) The markup is like that: This line one This is line two If saved as *.kra file and then *.kra unziped; the SVG data layer contains same markup. Loading multiline SVG text (editing) Broken. (screenshot: https://www.peppercarrot.com/extras/temp/2018-09-23_screenshot_151238_net.jpg) The markup is like that: This line oneThis is line two The two markup were merged. Probably a rule a bit too aggressive of merging similar markup (a sort of SVG autoclean?). I tried to look at libs/flake/text/KoSvgTextChunkShape.cpp to find how this cleanup was performed into KoSvgTextChunkShape::loadSvgTextNode (around line 694) and manually modify hasNextSibling and hasPreviousSibling rules with tspan. I unfortunately failed at tweaking something that could solve the bug... Help? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[kmymoney] [Bug 398410] KMyMoney crashes when trying to save entries back to DB Backend
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=398410 NSLW changed: What|Removed |Added CC||lukasz.wojnilow...@gmail.co ||m --- Comment #6 from NSLW --- MySQL storage does not crash for me with a simple test case. Please do these roughly described steps and report if they work for you: 1) create new basic (one account, one transaction, one payee, one category) XML storage 2) save it as SQL (MySQL) storage 3) close KMyMoney 4) open KMyMoney (MySQL storage should be loaded automatically) 5) add one more transaction and hit save button Following snippet from your dump looks suspicious: "Title: kmymoney crashed with SIGSEGV in __GI___pthread_mutex_lock() UnreportableReason: This package does not seem to be installed correctly UpgradeStatus: Upgraded to bionic on 2018-05-26 (119 days ago)" I suspect that something may be not right either with your system (maybe you could provide us with some info) or with your specific payload to MySQL (you should follow the steps from the top) (In reply to Eleazar from comment #3) > Was the logic changed in the way interaction with a DB is done in KMM5? > > In KMM 4.8 any entry made it sends it straight to the DB where as in KMM5 it > seems to be stored locally until I push the save button. Yes it has been changed. SQL now works just as XML. The approach from KMM 4.8 was slow, required duplicate code and in my opinion offered no benefits. > I am wondering if it creates a temporary file and the file is deleted by the > system and KMM is not aware of it which is why it crashes when I hit the > save button. AFAIK MySQL isn't file based database as it is in case of SQLite. MySQL and SQL roughly follow the same code paths and in case of SQLite no temporary file is created to save database. A database is open and stays open till its close or KMM close. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[konqueror] [Bug 251643] Web browsing crash with ktorrent [@ KHTMLPart::xmlDocImpl]
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=251643 Frans Oilinki changed: What|Removed |Added Status|NEEDSINFO |RESOLVED --- Comment #7 from Frans Oilinki --- Hi Andrew, Note this bug was never reproducible using konqueror, though ktorrent perhaps used konqueror web client/rendering engine. Thus I can readily say that it is not reproducible using newer konqueror (the application, not the konqueror component/engine if there is such thing). For the ktorrent application bug, I am not able to reproduce the bug for the following chain of reasons: 0. During writing the original bug report, I did not bother researching the actual reason for the crash further trusting that the developers could find it or confirm my hunch much quicklier as I had provided 100% reproducible method of triggering using the given URL. 1.The page mentioned 8 years ago in the original report does not exist any more. 2. Furthermore, my guess about the mechanism of the triggering events can not be tested using other page that would contain similar del.icio.us bookmarking widget as I am not able to quickly find one. 3. Even if I found one it might not work since del.icio.us seems to have some existential problems ("switching servers, back online July 24", but now is already September 23rd). 4. I have no idea how the page triggered its own death, maybe it was a pop-up window that was somehow passed its own reference that was used to close the window? I do not how to do that, I am not fluent in (client-side) JavaScript. I suggest you just close the bug. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=370093 --- Comment #11 from caulier.gil...@gmail.com --- Right. File/Open Folder action already exists and do the job for the directory. File/Open is to load just one file. Why 2 separated action ? because the file open dialog need to know which kind of file it need to open (at least, it's a legacy from KFileDialog). I'm not sure if we can mix both at the same time with QFileDialog. If yes, you have the solution. Gilles Caulier -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

I have some doubts about categorizing this as konqueror bug. Looks more like it might have been triggered by how the konqueror component close event was handled? I could not quickly find a way to open a web page using current version of ktorrent. The other bug reports mention web search function thing which I also could not find in the newer ktorrent. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=395769 --- Comment #9 from David REVOY --- More investigations: Bug didn't existed into krita-4.0.0-x86_64.appimage (20 March = git tag 4.0.0) Bug was introduced at: krita-4.0.1-x86_64.appimage (10 april = git tag 4.0.1) I tried to rebuild 4.0.0 but even if it builds, the app crashes at start-up. I tried to rebuild a git version between 4.0.0 and 4.0.1, crashes too at startup. So, I can't test what commit exactly introduced the bug ¯\(ツ)/¯ -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[kmymoney] [Bug 398410] KMyMoney crashes when trying to save entries back to DB Backend
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=398410 --- Comment #9 from NSLW --- (In reply to Eleazar from comment #8) > I followed the steps indicated and KMM crashed on step 2. So that's not an issue with your data. > kf5.kio.core: Refilling KProtocolInfoFactory cache in the hope to find "" > kf5.kio.core: KSambaShare: Could not find smb.conf! > Segmentation fault (core dumped) > > Is there a reason that Samba is being invoked? It's not invoked in my case. I know nothing about Samba support in KMyMoney. I wonder if it's a coincidence that it crashes for you just after not finding smb.conf. [krita] [Bug 398990] New: Filter layer ignores transparency when merged with layers beneath it
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=398990 Bug ID: 398990 Summary: Filter layer ignores transparency when merged with layers beneath it Product: krita Version: 4.1.1 Platform: MS Windows OS: MS Windows Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Layer Stack Assignee: krita-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: katearche...@yandex.ru Target Milestone: --- When merging filter layer with layers beneath it the resulted merged layer have no transparency at all with all pixels that were supposed to be transparent filled with a color of a flattened image. How to reproduce: 1a. Download an attachment or: 1b.1. create three layers on the root level. 1b.2. Fill the bottom layer with some color/colors completely. 1b.3. Draw on top two layers something, leaving some pixels untouched/transparent. 1b.3. create a filter layer for hue/saturation/lightness on top and tweak it so there would be seen changes in the color of layers beneath it. 2. Merge all the layers(including hsl filter layer) except for the bottom one(filled with color completely). 3. Get two layers that has no transparent pixels at all with the top one having all of the transparent pixels replaces with pixels of the flattened image beneath it. Expected results: To have transparency from merged layers preserved since they were transparent for a reason before the merge. Actually it happens with any filter layer thrown into the mix, and for an example i've included blur filter layer as well which produces even stranger results. Why is it a problem: it can be solved by wrapping the layers that needed to be merged in a group(since that way a filter layer would inherit the transparency of a group) and merging the resulted group, thus having the result that was expected to be produced, but it's kinda cumbersome and totally unintuitive since every other merging operation on the root level preserves transparency totally fine. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
