[okular] [Bug 307304] Javascript in forms not working correctly
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=307304 Andre Heinecke changed: What|Removed |Added Assignee|okular-de...@kde.org|aheine...@intevation.de --- Comment #7 from Andre Heinecke --- The problem here is that the SUM fields start readOnly / invisible. The calculation works and if you set the fields to visible by hand they are updated correctly. In the PDF itself I find such scriptlets: { var summe = this.getField("Summe Spalte 1").value; if(summe <= "0") { this.getField("Summe Spalte 1").display = display.hidden; } else this.getField("Summe Spalte 1").display = display.visible; } Currently there is no support for the display property and display object. These scripts are also not executed. Poppler currently does not parse the scriplets. pdfinfo -js does not show them. Looking at them in Adobe shows that the visibility scriptlets should be executed when a field is deactivated. I guess that means something like "Editing finished". The trigger has the Key "Bl". So: 1. Parse "Bl" Triggered actions in poppler. 2. Execute them in Okular. 3. Add basic support for the display object / property in Okulars JavaScript. I'll look into it. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

Since I’m a Spaniard, I have my KDE 5 configured to enter decimals with a “,”. However, no matter how I enter a decimal number (2,3 or 2.3, for instance), the number is simply ignored after pressing enter, as if I had not entered anything. For this > the user selects "Plot data" from the context menu of the spreadsheet (no > need to select any columns). Here, the first column in the spreadsheet > having the plot designation X is assigned as the x column and all the other > columns are put to y columns. Yes, I already checked that. However, in 1. above, if a user is interested in plotting just one y-column, I find it intuitive to *only* select this particular column and expect LabPlot to automatically select its designated x counterpart, not itself as the x-axis. What's more. Imagine you wanted to plot a y-column from one spreedsheet vs. an x-column from *a different* spreedsheet. I think LabPlot should show the designated x-columns from the available spreedsheets in the drop-down menu when you just select one y-column and right-click on it to plot the data. Or, at the very list, as I said before, its corresponding correct x-colun instead of itself. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[krita] [Bug 393221] New: Request for better native Krita noise filter
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=393221 Bug ID: 393221 Summary: Request for better native Krita noise filter Product: krita Version: 4.0.1 Platform: MS Windows OS: MS Windows Status: UNCONFIRMED Keywords: usability Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Filters Assignee: krita-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: duletovem...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- Noise filter is amongst most widely used filters in any image editing software. Native Krita Noise Filter is very poor and it can't be limited to alpha channel. Since many features of Krita are much better desingned compared to similar software, why it can't be done with Noise Filter as well? I can imagine universal noise filter that can give control over a range of parameters such as noise type, contrast and frequency. G'MIC versions of Noise Filters are not very flexible and very slow. [LabPlot2] [Bug 393215] Right-clicking on a spreedsheet column to plot data only shows that column option in the drop-down menus for both axis
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=393215 --- Comment #5 from Alexander Semke --- (In reply to urcindalo from comment #4) > > Yes, I already checked that. However, in 1. above, if a user is interested > in plotting just one y-column, I find it intuitive to *only* select this > particular column and expect LabPlot to automatically select its designated > x counterpart, not itself as the x-axis. Ok, I see. But how can we figure out what is its x counterpart? User can have in principle an arbitrary mixture of plot designations for different columns in the spreadsheet maintained. And the only thing that we have at the moment is the plot designation for the column itself, if provided by the user at all. For example, if the user has the following columns x y y x and selects the third column for the plot, what is its x counter part? > What's more. Imagine you wanted to plot a y-column from one spreedsheet vs. > an x-column from *a different* spreedsheet. I think LabPlot should show the > designated x-columns from the available spreedsheets in the drop-down menu > when you just select one y-column and right-click on it to plot the data. > Or, at the very list, as I said before, its corresponding correct x-colun > instead of itself. With plotting of data via the context menu of the spreadsheet you have an easy tool to quickly plot the data, but for this particular spreadsheet only. If we would show also other spreadsheets in this dialog, this will cause confusions in many cases. If you want to plot data from different spreadsheets you need to manually create a plot, add a xy-curve and provide the column data sources. Also similar to the arguments above, we don't have the information about "its corresponding x or y column", that's why we cannot do any magic here. Even if we would allow the user to enter for every column the additional information about the corresposding x/y columns, the user has to maintain this which will result in additional overhead. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

I have two monitors connected to my system, one 1080p per HDMI, one 4k per DisplayPort. When putting my system to sleep (RAM), the DisplayPort connection seems to be shutdown in a weird way. Upon resuming from sleep, kscreen detects the DisplayPort monitor multiple times, which confuses kwin and a bunch of other applications (like latte-dock). Usually this manifests in the following ways: - Only the HDMI monitor shows the lock-screen, the 4k/DP monitor only shows a black background (no lock-screen controls), but does show a mouse cursor when moving it to the screen. - kwin loses window positioning and moves my windows from the HDMI monitor to the DP monitor. - latte-dock sets an incorrect screen mask, making the right half of the dock disappear (see https://github.com/psifidotos/Latte-Dock/issues/941 for the upstream issue) This is not happening every time I resume, but more often than not. It makes me assume this is a timing issues. Maybe the screen first gets initialized with 1080p, then quickly switches over to 4k? I swear I tested this extensively--including with a non-default font size of Noto Sans 11. Unfortunately, that's not one of the affected font and size combinations, so I missed this. The bug seems to be that this *particular* view has some minor mis-alignment that triggers the clipped text bug when Qt Native text rendering is used. I don't think we should roll back the fix; rather, we need to fix whatever it is in this particular scrollview that's triggering the bug. Workaround: open the following file: - Debian-based distros: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/qml/QtQuick/Controls.2/org.kde.desktop/Label.qml - Other distros: /usr/lib64/qt5/qml/QtQuick/Controls.2/org.kde.desktop/Label.qml Comment out the line that begins with "renderType:" and add a new line consisting of "renderType: Text.QtRendering" Save the file and re-open System Settings. Should be fixed. This will force Qt Text Rendering, which does not have the issue. It will have the effect of making nearly all text using Qml Label items subtly lighter in color though. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=393202 --- Comment #10 from Nate Graham --- Update: it's reproducible in Neon dev unstable in a VM too, but the sizes may be different (I had to raise it up to 14pt for Noto Sans, which is why I didn't see this in testing). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[elisa] [Bug 393157] Disabling smooth scrolling an scroll inertia
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=393157 --- Comment #4 from Nate Graham --- I don't think it makes any sense to turn this off only for Elisa. It *maaybe* might make sense as a systemwide behavior change, but even then it seems dubious to me. Suggest WONTFIX. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=393224 Bug ID: 393224 Summary: Kbibtex does not detect lyx pipe created by Kile Product: KBibTeX Version: 0.7 Platform: Archlinux Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: General Assignee: fisc...@unix-ag.uni-kl.de Reporter: kishor...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- Kile (I'm using version 2.9.91 of Kile) creates its lyx pipe in /tmp. Kbibtex does not seem to be able to detect it automatically (the 'send to LyX/Kile' feature does not work). However, if I manually specify the location of the pipe in 'settings > configure kbibtex > saving and exporting > Manually specified LyX pipe', I am able to use the aforementioned feature properly. Kbibtex should also search in /tmp for a Lyx pipe. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

Issue occurs when brush was created and deleted(blacklisted) in one Krita session (without restarting Krita). https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=393157 --- Comment #5 from Kushnir Bogdan --- (In reply to Matthieu Gallien from comment #2) > Why would you want to disable smooth scrolling ? [Falkon] [Bug 391875] Setting Speeddial As Homepage Randomly Gives Empty Page
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=391875 --- Comment #20 from Christian --- Sometimes when I close a page (maybe somewhat more complex page?) and it takes longer for Falkon to close it, the Speed Dial still shows up as blank despite the Fix. I don't know how it is programmed, but I think the Speed dial items should be drawn as part of the sequence that draws the empty tab with the Speed dial, and not after a certain programmed delay. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[kmymoney] [Bug 393225] New: Wishlist: Payee-specific setting for whether to autofill with prior transactions
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=393225 Bug ID: 393225 Summary: Wishlist: Payee-specific setting for whether to autofill with prior transactions Product: kmymoney Version: 5.0.1 Platform: Gentoo Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: kmymoney-de...@kde.org Reporter: gen...@moin.fi Target Milestone: --- Currently, (depending on the setting in the Settings/Ledger) KMyMoney suggests prior transactions to autofill a new transaction, after entering the Payee. I find that, for most Payees, I never use the suggestions and click Cancel, but for some I always use the suggestion. It would be nice to have a setting (ideally on the popup with suggestions, "Never show again for this payee" with a check-box) to hide the suggestions for some, but not all payees. This setting could be shown also under Payees, so that one can re-activate the autofill suggestions. A second issue with the autofill, unrelated to the above: Under the existing Settings, there is the option to Autofill when the amount is within x% of a previous transaction. But the autofill suggestion window pops up immediately after I enter the Payee, and not after I enter any amount, so I don't understand how this is supposed to work. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

Just tested it in live boot and was surprised to see that I can't reproduce it in Neon Dev Unstable(downloaded just now).I tested it from font size 9 to 18 in Noto Sans but there was no sign of clipping. Also, enabling and disabling of hinting has no effect on the results. Please find below the screenshots for the same. Hope this helps. Thanks. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
