[akregator] [Bug 383686] New: akregator causing desktop effects restart

Well, the pop-up notification says "desktop effects have been restarted", but they are actually gone, and the task bar looks ugly-gray. When this happens, dmesg shows NVRM: Xid (PCI::01:00): 31, Ch 0070, engmask 0101, intr 1000 If I disable "Compositor during startup", everything is fine (but I have no desktop effects). I'm on Gentoo Linux, Qt 5.7.1, KDE Frameworks 5.34, nvidia-drivers-384.59. [kdevelop] [Bug 383687] New: Adding newly imported projects to the build sequence: consider making it optional
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=383687 Bug ID: 383687 Summary: Adding newly imported projects to the build sequence: consider making it optional Product: kdevelop Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS: All Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: wishlist Priority: NOR Component: UI: general Assignee: kdevelop-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: rjvber...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- While my multi-project sessions usually contain related projects it is extremely rare that I have any use for the build sequence feature. If anything it would require me to install through the IDE, which is something I'm very unlikely to consider doing. It's also a pure coincidence if I import projects in the exact order of dependencies (if anything it's usually the reverse order). Having projects declared in the build sequence thus interferes with building, and I've made it a habit to remove each newly imported project from the build sequence. That's 2 unnecessary clicks that are beginning to grow old on me, so I'd like to suggest considering a global option to disable the automatic adding of new projects to the build sequence. Adding them manually also takes 2 clicks. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

It shouldn't do that. You usually open that view to get feedback on code you're editing, and the old behaviour of keeping the focus where it was (in the edit window) is much more productive. FWIW, in order to restore focus you don't just have to click anywhere, but in exactly the right spot, making this more than just a minor hassle for me. Also, the focus steal occurs even when the PR toolbar is hidden and the search widget thus invisible, making this a bug rather than a wrong UI design decision. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

Also this was happened in char view, but after couple run there is no highlighting. In meantime I only set "profile view". Maybe this is related with incorrectly detected highlighting by KTextEditor component, because similar strange highlighting I observed also in first run of KWrite, when I opened simple text file. Today, I had the following idea: What about being able to create a panel that can be opened or closed by clicking an icon in the main panel or the system tray? This way, the panel is always out of the way when not needed, can be accessed quickly and is still fully configurable with applets. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=383697 Bug ID: 383697 Summary: [Regression] Document print margins not persistent. Product: kate Version: 17.04.3 Platform: openSUSE RPMs OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: kwrite-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: pip@gmx.com Target Milestone: --- Kate no longer saves the document print margins. This means that each and every time the Printer Dialogue is opened, one needs to set top, bottonm, left, and right margins as one requires. Which is, putting it mildly, rather annoying :) By comparison to, for example, Kate Version 3.14.7 using KDE Platform 4.14.7 which stored margin settings, along with other "Kate Print Settings" in "~/.kde4/share/config/katerc": Snippet from katerc [Kate Print Settings][Margins] bottom=10 left=25 right=10 top=10 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
