[skrooge] [Bug 382152] Skrooge over network data maxes CPU on one core during several seconds when setting an operation's category
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=382152 Stephane MANKOWSKI changed: What|Removed |Added Status|NEEDSINFO |ASSIGNED Resolution|WAITINGFORINFO |--- --- Comment #13 from Stephane MANKOWSKI --- Hi, This helps a lot. Indeed, we can see that line: virtual SKGAdviceList SKGPayeePlugin::advice(const QStringList&) ;1; 32888.54614 ; 32888.54614 ; 32888.54614 ; 32888.54614 ; 32888.54614 ; 32888.54614 It means that the computation of the advices around "Payee" took 32000 ms (32s). This is really interesting. First: You certainly have a dashboard opened when you do a modification on operation. On this dashboard, you have the "Advice" widget. This widget takes time. So you have 2 workarounds: 1- You can close your dashboard when you do a modification but you will still have bad performances when you will open it again. 2- You can remove the "Advice" widget from the dashboard. Second: I published today a new version of Skrooge (2.9.0). On this version, the dashboard is not refreshed when this is not the displayed page. This should be better for you. It means that you don't have to close the dashboard when you do a modification on operations but you will still have bad performances when you will switch on dashboard. Last: This could be interesting to find why the "Payee" advice has so bad performances. Could you do that? export SKGTRACESQL=1 run skrooge, play you scenario and send me the traces (you should see the SQL query causing issue) Could you give me the number of payees you have in your document too? Regards. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=370263 Frank Steinmetzger changed: What|Removed |Added CC||war...@gmx.de --- Comment #15 from Frank Steinmetzger --- Yes, please. I was just reviewing GPX tracks of last year's holiday travel. I have one (or more) tracks for each day. With the current marble 2.1.0, it is impractical to view two routes at one time, because it overlays all loaded track onto one another. So for each track, I have to close and reopen Marble, load the track and zoom in again. I would like to propose a new tab in marble's top left list of tabs (Search, Routing, Location) with a list view of all loaded tracks. The list would provide a checkmark to enable/disable the display of the track and a style button with which to change colour and width. Sort of like korganizer does it with its list of calendars in its lower left corner. Lastly, a slider below the list with which to travel along the selected track, showing and following a marker on the map. [kwin] [Bug 383410] Creating both OSD for pointer confinement + lock in short succesion hangs Wayland session
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=383410 --- Comment #2 from Roman Gilg --- We get confined and locked probably at the same time, but we setConfined first in https://cgit.kde.org/kwin.git/tree/pointer_input.cpp#n599, show the confined OSD and return on https://cgit.kde.org/kwin.git/tree/pointer_input.cpp#n626 Then on the next call to PointerInputRedirection::update(), which again calls PointerInputRedirection::enablePointerConstraints(), we go into https://cgit.kde.org/kwin.git/tree/pointer_input.cpp#n638 and show the other OSD. The thing is though when one of the two OSD::show(..) calls get removed, the code works without problems, so there seems to be no general problem with confining and locking at the same time. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[Breeze] [Bug 383421] New: (Enhancement wish) Make Breeze Icons more distinctive
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=383421 Bug ID: 383421 Summary: (Enhancement wish) Make Breeze Icons more distinctive Product: Breeze Version: unspecified Platform: openSUSE RPMs OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: wishlist Priority: NOR Component: Icons Assignee: visual-des...@kde.org Reporter: hotmusic...@mail.bg CC: kain...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- Hello! I've noticed some bad tendency in Breeze Icon theme - there are too simplified (honestly said: totally lacking style and ugly) icons for the file types which don't have any distinctive characters for the appropriate file type. Typical example - the archive types icons (and Ark's icon itself) - I just see some random squares on my screen which are a bit differend coloured. For the audio and video file types the situation is tragic too - there are so many popular formats and in Breeze many of them are using even the same (in most cases gray) icon. Please make a new ones which are in point with the file associations. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
