Is that the whole log output (do you have your syslog level set to

None of cyrus services starting.
In ps aufx I have something about it:

I assume there are still network sockets open in the old instance

cyrus for mac os x?

2007-01-22 Thread Mike
I'm converting my home boxes to mac. One of the linux boxes runs
cyrus-imapd for my email. Is there a cyrus-imapd for mac os x?
Has anyone run cyrus on mac os x?

You also can get a stable release of cyrus that you can build and
install yourself from darwinports.com I believe. Otherwise you will
have to purchase the OSX Server software, which as mentioned, does come
with a full working cyrus mail server.

Of course. Even Apple themselves use Cyrus as the mail server component of
Mac OS X Server!

You can download the two cyrus related project sources and
passwordserver_sasl project source from Apple's site and build them
without too much difficulty and it will give you everything you need
to make a fully functional mail system.

unexpunge will segfault if the specified folder does not contain a
cyrus.expunge file. I have reported this in bug 1905.
