Hi all,

I am using the newest version of cyrus. The performance is pretty good and 
thanks for all the efforts the developers have given. 

Some questions I would like to ask,

1) Can the login name contain "." (dot) , like "Bob.Chau" ?
2) Can the login name contain more than 8 characters ?
3) Are there any web-based tools for administration?

1) Yes, if you use a patch to this end ( e.g. the altnamespace patch)

Hello,

Now i've updated the Berkley Database and the /var/log/messages file shows
the following message on each connect from a client to the server. The
Client got a message that the server connection was early broken.


Sep  9 03:48:01 imap imap: could not getenv(CYRUS_SERVICE); exiting
