I am using C++ and OpenMP, This also appears to be a bug in more recent
versions of the compiler.

I tried to attach the preprocessed source, bugzilla told me that the file was
1300KB and it only could be 1000KB. I can email it to you if you want. This bug
appears to show up in later compilers also.
