RE: [Draconet-users] devenv

2003-11-14 Thread Gerarde_Albro
I submitted a patch to Nick to deal with this issue. Hopefully it will
make it into the next release.

Subject: [Draconet-users] devenv

While troubleshooting my build process, I noticed that devenv is assumed
to be of VS.Net 2002. This value is retrieved from the registry. I
have a solution created under VS.Net 2003 which fails when Draco
attempts a build. A work around was to hack the registry to point to
VS.Net 2003's copy of devenv. This works, but is a hack indeed. Is
anyone placing this is app.config rather than retrieving this from the
registry? Or having the registry search switch off of a value found in
the app.config? I can add this if no one has tackled this already.

Thanks,

Alejandro

Are you saying it's not working now? Draco just shells out to svn.exe, and
unless they change the XML schema for "svn log --xml", it should continue to
work indefinitely.

(The existence of the --xml switch made writing a parser for the svn log
output trivial)

2003-11-14 Thread Shane Taylor
Perhaps someone else has had better luck, but I have failed in my attempts
to get it to work with the subversion client version .32.1. Mark Griffiths'
reply about wanting to go to 0.33 soon was encouraging. Perhaps an XML
schema change was made... either way, I am glad to see that Subversion will
continue to be supported.
