I have tried on apache-tomcat-7.0.11 problem is still there and not yet fixed.
if fixed by this time. please guide us how to resolve.

No patch provided and no interest from other users.

I would add that all of this information is available in the access log and can
be used by tools like fail2ban. Users considering this should also look at the
LockOutRealm.
