I think that Atita has agreed to run the table.  (Atita if this is not
correct please speak up).

Assuming she is, there should soon be an announcement for a signup sheet
for people who want to assist at the conference.

[C/C Europe 25] [discuss] chair person & BOF

Is there anyone who wants to chair the 2025 conference?  We need to find
interested people and select a leader soon.  I know that 2025 seems like a
long way away, but time slips by quickly and there are items that need to
be discussed and finalized early so that appropriate sponsors can be
contacted and onboarded.

I am hoping that we will have a BOF in Bratislava where we can talk about
some of this.

The 2024 group will be holding a post mortem and producing a lessons
learned document after the conference.
