I agree with that, created
https://github.com/apache/comdev-site/pull/147 adding these links to
page sources.

Many thanks Sebb and Roy for the pointers!

Review Comment:
   Looks like IsPage may not work when present in a partial.

Review Comment:
   It works for me on the
[preview](https://community-edit-github.staged.apache.org/newcomers/gettingStarted.html),
 do you see problems? I just pushed a commit to also generate links for section
and home pages, that wasn't working before.

   IIUC the Page context is passed to the partial as it's included using

   {{ partial "website-source.html" .}}

   with the dot at the end for context.

   I only checked the home page and one other, which was perhaps a section page.
   Seems to be OK now

Re: ASF booth at OpenSource Experience Paris

2023-11-28 Thread Ryan Skraba
Great news! I can be there for one of the two days, but I don't mind
staying at the table for the entire day -- I can be flexible for which
day, depending on the availability of others.

All my best, Ryan

Re: Input Needed: Software for the Public Good Stories

2023-11-28 Thread Whitney True
Hello ASF Community,

The ASF M&P team is hoping to showcase how the ASF Community has helped
provide software for the public good in celebration of the ASF's 25th
anniversary. We hope you will be willing to share a story for the ASF blog
and social media channels. Please fill out this short form.

Here is a reminder of the types of stories we are looking for:

   - Case studies that showcase how your project’s technology is being used;
   - Details surrounding an important forthcoming project milestone; or
   - Any other ways your project embodies the ASF mission and way? Please
   use this form anytime you have an exciting milestone to share.

*And please note you can submit more than once!*
Many thanks for your time and input,
Whitney
On Behalf of the ASF M&P team
