ASF booth at OpenSource Experience Paris
Hi, Open Source Experience in Paris on 6 & 7 December 2023 is an event for the European open source community (as they said on the web site) For me, it is the French annual Open Source event. On this event there are a large part for Company working on Open Source and a small part for non profit organization (association/foundation/...) named associative village On first step I have asked to have a ASF booth on associative village and after selection we have been selected ! This booth is free but it's a exchange contract between the booth and the future ASF communication action for this event. I have some question to the Event organization. I can send the contract proposal to anyone want read it (it's in french) Olivier

Hi Olivier We've had a booth at this event a few times in the past and it was good. I think we also did a track there too once. Not sure if we needed a contract though.. Are there any special conditions? If it's about promoting the event via social media then we have previously done this via the Comdev accounts plus we can also ask M&P to post something via the main foundation accounts.
