excluding from udev?

i do not want to load some modules by udev , how to do this? 
debian testing ,kernel 2.6.18 

dvd-writer external usb 2.0

Has somebody already used it? Is this dvd compatible with debian?

Hi,I checked Your site,thank a lot,but I did in similar way.

Now it's working good with these scripts

and WirelessModem for the Treo (program loads visor and create
ttyUSB1 so I can connect to my network ,without wirelessmodem there
is error Failed to open /dev/ttyUSB1: No such device or address
)

but this is software,I don't what to use it.

If I don't use wirelessmodem,and hit HotSync /dev/ttyUSB1 exist but
scripts doesn't working. ? Why ?
How to configure Palm ? How to create /dev/ttyUSB1 manualy?

1.look into inittab , the first rc? should be rcS.d !(check and
mount partions,load modules ! ,hotplug etc. )
2.I have no idea
3.alreadey loaded deasn't mean that modules are duplicated.
 rcS.d load modules from kernel --> hotplug too.
I propose to remove hotplug and other similar things :) and use
modprobe (to load module manualy when You need it)

did You read README ?

If You want to use GUI You should -->>  ./configure --enable-gui

Howto configure xorg.conf to use LCD and TV at the same time?
I've got intel852/855 videocard,I try i810switch and i855crt without
any results.
It's working correct under ms-windows.
