jpeg php and gd potato

2001-04-17 Thread James Tapping

Hello

I have installed apache , php4 and gd everything is
ok except that I don't have jpeg support in php.
A 'phpinfo' dosen't show the support either.
In my php.ini file I have the correct line 'gd.so' etc.

Is this a bug? Or have a missed something?

Thanks

James

Hello

These are the files that I used from windows and starting the installation
with loadlin. These are all in a folder called linux c:/linux

base2_2.tgz (not used i think)
drivers.tgz
install.bat
linux
loadlin.exe
rescue.bin
root.bin

When you get to the part about using images-144 and rescue.bin, you have
to kind of browse to the dos partition. It kind of happened naturally for
me and I remember being impresses that the installer new about the dos
partition etc. If you can't work it out let me know and I will try and
redo as much as I can :-)
