Hello Debian/Kubuntu KDE maintainers,

There is a circular dependency between libkf5libkdepim-plugins and 
libkf5libkdepimakonadi5:

libkf5libkdepim-plugins :Depends: libkf5libkdepimakonadi5
libkf5libkdepimakonadi5 :Depends: libkf5libkdepim-plugins

Circular dependencies involving shared libraries are known to cause problems
during upgrade between stable releases, so we should try to avoid them.

I have noticed that the clang code model plugin is missing from the new
4.5.0-2 build of qtcreator, it is a very usefull and important plugin
that affects the usability of this package. Please consider to add this
plugin to qtcreator since it is also not easy to install separately.
