It seems that it's already too late for the transition that this change would 
generate (due to a libkleo abi change), so we might be stuck with gpgmepp for 
stretch. :(


Anyway, this is unrelated to the FTBFS, let's close this issue.

Flags are really set from qtbase itself. And qtbase requires gcc atomics 
support (not sure if that's really involved, but I think so).

OK, please use your normal user and move ~/.config/kdeveloprc to something 
else, then try restarting kdevelop.

If it works please do not remove the original config file.

I just did, it works.
Once i open a project (cmake, c, c++), it crashes.

with GCC, just isn't used by default.
