2012-09-22 Thread leone2...@inwind.it

i can't understand why you leave this bug open when a patch (dirty???) can
resolve... it's absurd to have to use the ubuntu packages to fix debian bug.

--- Please enter the report below this line. ---

It would be nice if Dolphin could be run in the foreground
such that the terminal will wait for it to close.

The idea is to run it from a script and when the user closes
it, it will automatically do some cleanups (unmount). I can do
this with Konqueror, but it seem like I can not with Dolphin.

Bug#671274: system-config-printer-kde: crash when trying to open Printer Configuration

2012-09-22 Thread Pavel Mihaduk
Hello,

Launching the module via kcmshell4 gave me more details about the bug:

$ kcmshell4 system-config-printer-kde
kcmshell(14040)/python (plugin): Failed to import module
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/share/kde4/apps/system-config-printer-kde/system-config-printer-

import authconn
  File "/usr/share/kde4/apps/system-config-printer-kde/authconn.py", line 25,
in
import gobject
ImportError: No module named gobject

After installing the python-gobject package with all it's dependencies the
output changed to:
$ kcmshell4 system-config-printer-kde
kcmshell(14756)/python (plugin): Error while running factory function for
Python plugin:  "system-config-printer-kde/system-config-printer-kde.py"

Installing cups fixed the issue, so I guess the whole bug is only a matter of
missing dependencies.

Package: kmix
Version: 4.4.5-1

When I use VOIP software (skype, Ekiga, etc...), kmix cuts randomly the audio
only
for all the audio conversations of this software. However, people who I am
talking with
can hear me talking, and I can hear sounds from other applications.
A conversation can last at most 30 minutes until kmix cuts the sound.

I am using Aptosid (Debian sid).
Thank you in advance.

Package: dragonplayer
Version: 4:4.7.4-1
Severity: wishlist

Hi,

I used to listen to music with amarok. When I want to play a video with
dragonplayer, I first have to stop amarok's music and resume it when the video
is finished.

It could be awesome if dragonplayer could automatically pause the music before
playing the video, and resume the music when the video is finished.
