Bug#684688: libqt4-core: Multiarch conflicts prevent installation
Hello, same situation as Ben (message #5) here, except skype was not installed in the first place, ran into the same issues. Dropping this comment just in case someone's wondering: it's possible to get skype and all the i386 dep installed without too much hassle: - rename or remove those /usr/share/doc/libqt4-/changelog.Debian.gz files - rerun apt-get install -f (don't hesitate to play with dpkg --configure and dpkg -i if you need to. I did, but not completely sure it was really necessary, might have been able to get away only using apt-get -f). Abrazo!
