Bug#680402: kwrite: cursor when dragging and dropping text is in the wrong place
Package: kwrite Version: 4:4.8.4-1 Severity: minor Dear Maintainer, When dropping text into kwrite, kate, kile, the vertical text cursor appears about two places to the right of where the "mouse" pointer is pointing, which is unexpected. The dropped text actually goes where the cursor is, as usual, so I deduce that there is something wrong with where the text cursor is placed, with respect to the mouse pointer. Bug#680406: kwrite: when dragging and dropping text cursor is right of pointer
Package: kwrite Version: 4:4.8.4-1 Severity: minor Dear Maintainer, When dragging and dropping text in kwrite/kate/kile, the cursor is about two characters to the right of where the pointer is pointing, which is a bit annoying. When the text is dropped, it goes into where the cursor is, so I deduce that the cursor is being placed wrong with respect to the pointer. Bug#680408: kwrite: cursor in wrong position at right edge of screen
Package: kwrite Version: 4:4.8.4-1 Severity: minor Dear Maintainer, When writing a long line in kwrite/kate/kile, with dynamic word wrap on, the cursor goes a bit funny when the line is very close to the right edge of the screen, and text is not inserted where the cursor is actually pointing. In this situation, the right and left keys dont visibly move the cursor (although they move where text is inserted). Basically there seems to be a bug with the cursor position, possibly related with bug 680402 that I just submitted.
