Bug#652196: conflicting with kdelibs5 << 4.7.2

2011-12-15 Thread Steffen Moeller
Package: kate-dbg
Version: 4:4.7.2-1
Severity: normal

Unpacking kate-dbg (from .../kate-dbg_4%3a4.7.2-1_amd64.deb) ...
dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/kate-dbg_4%3a4.7.2-1_amd64.deb
(--unpack):
 trying to overwrite '/usr/lib/debug/usr/lib/kde4/ktexteditor_kdatatool.so',
which is also in package kdelibs5-dbg 4:4.6.5-2+b1
configured to not write apport reports
  dpkg-deb: error: subprocess paste was
killed by signal (Broken pipe)
Preparing to replace kdelibs5-dbg 4:4.6.5-2+b1 (using
.../kdelibs5-dbg_4%3a4.7.2-2_amd64.deb) ...

When installation is repeated after installation of kdelibs5-dbg_4.7.2, then
everything is just fine.
I suggest to add the respective "Conflicts:" line in debian/control to fix this.

Thanks

Steffen

Bug#652233: kdevelop: better handling of auto-brackets

2011-12-15 Thread Amir
Package: kdevelop
Version: 4:4.2.2-1
Severity: wishlist

when i place a ']' or ')' character, kdevelop duplicates the character instead
of replacing it with the existing one. it's better to replace it (like Qt-
Creator).

thank you for your hard work. :)

Bug#603757: plasma: Multiple-monitor issues with panel

2011-12-15 Thread Marcos Marado
This is probably the same as the upstream bug
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=259183 . If it is, this is a regression,
since this setup works correctly in KDE 4.4 and doesn't work in KDE 4.5 and
above (tested on KDE 4.5.4 up until 4.7.0).
