Looking at [0] (the original bug upstream) it seems that you need to rebuild 
sycoca. As mentioned in [1]:

Loging out, deleting /tmp/kde-lamarque/ksycoca, rebuilding sycoca with
kbuildsycoca4 --noincremental, loging in again seems to have solved the
problem.

Could you please check if this solves your problem? If it doesn't, please 
reply to the bug e-mail address stating this and I'll reopen the bug upstream 
(of course, you are welcomed to do that yourself and so helping the KDE Debian 
team reducing overhead :-) ).
