Package: korganizer
Version: 4:3.5.3-3
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

The package is rendered unusal due to the follwing error when attempting to
start from commandline:

$ korganizer
korganizer: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libkorganizer.so.1: undefined symbol:

ERROR: Communication problem with korganizer, it probably crashed.

Why is it giving me this error?

Without informations on how you set your proxy settings and what does not
work (expected behaviour and actual behaviour), you report is useless.

Therefore, I am closing it ; feel free to reopened it if you can explain

I tried to upload some files using the following HTML code:

Actually, I let f2 to f10 empty and only use f1. I created a file using
"dd if=/dev/zero of=testfile count=1 bs=n" and tried, for which n's the
upload is possible and for which it isn't.

For n <= 1047191 it works, for greater n I get the following message:

Beim Laden von

folgender Fehler aufgetreten:

The problem does not occur with Mozilla, so it's most probably a problem
with Konqueror.

Running Debian/Sid. Upgraded to konqueror 3.1.5-2 recently. While web
browsing when a page loads the web page just goes completely blank after
about 6 seconds. Then it sometimes reappears and blanks out again. Often
just a section of the page will reappear. It is not possible to use

I never saw this behaviour, and more than 2 years later, it is certainly
not relevant anymore : closing this bug report.
Feel free to reopen this bug still happens.

Hi,

I have one konqueror window on desktop 1, and one on desktop 2. On
desktop 1, I right click on a toolbar, and click on "configure
toolbars".

The dialog opens on desktop 2, which I consider a bug.

Greetings

Seems to works with current konqueror version.
If the behaviour is still there, feel free to reopen this bug.

Subject: Konqueror crashes when copying files with same name
Package: konqueror
Version: 4:3.2.2-1, all from 3.2.x up to now

Copying or moving files directly from source to destination directory
with both directorys opened with Konqueror, konqueror crashes and the
kde crash manager pops up when a file with the same name exists in the
destination directory. Konqueror does not ask to overwrite or rename
the file, but simply crashes immediately.

I am using debian testing/unstable, kernel vanilla 2.6.6, updated every
few days, with kde 3.2.2.

Konqueror forget toolbar to show. Despite I hide the bookmark toolbart
and enable the extra toolbar in Settings->Toolbars, at next restart of
Konqueror the toolbar bookmark is enabled and the extra isn't.
Workaround: manually overwriting the "web browsing" profile in the Settings
menu save your current state, but if you change some other toolbar (and
other?) setting you need to manually rewrite the profile.

when e.g. I try to delete a file, the confirmation dialog box appears
not in the actual virtual desktop I'm working on, but on the virtual
desktop I started the first instance of konqueror. This behavior is the
same for all the dialog boxes (confirm overwrite, associate programs,
...)
To reproduce:
 - go to desktop 1
 - start konqueror
 - go to desktop 2
 - start konqueror
 - delete a file
 - now the confirmation dialog is placed on desktop 1 and you must
switch there to confirm the deletion.
