Bug#381551: kdelibs4-dev depends on hspell, which is a hebrew spell checker

2006-08-05 Thread Ernest ter Kuile
Package: kdelibs4-dev
Version: 4:3.5.4-2
Severity: normal

If this dependancy stands, I would like added a dependancy on the
spell checkers of all other languages too (Dutch, to
name an important one ;^)

Just kidding. I expect the dependancy is redundant, and can
beter be removed.

cheers,

Ernest ter Kuile.

So you installed kopete 3.5.4-2, restarted KDE (let's err on the side of
caution here) and kopete still doesn't work with ICQ? Can you confirm
that? Because KDE upstream claims to have fixed the problem...

See my last message, my bad: I didn't restart kopete so it was still the
previous version who was running. I stop it -no need to restart KDE- and
start it again: now it works.

I'm very confusing to not have pay more attention on what I did after
upgrade and have take your time. Apologize.

Thanks.

This can cause data loss when one just wanted to add a comment to a file
and didn't save before writing it. If you feel this is not that
important please downgrade severity.

I currently am unable to report this upstream, because I think it is an
upstream issue, but I will do as soon as bugs.kde.org works again.

Bug#381578: kdelibs4c2a: katepart crashes when pressing insider doxygen comments

2006-08-05 Thread Christopher Martin
severity 381578 important
stop

I don't think that it's a data-loss issue more than any other crash in
an editor, browser, etc., so I don't think it's truly RC.

BTW, I really appreciate your efforts to forward bugs upstream.

Cheers,
Christopher Martin
