Your message dated Thu, 01 Jun 2006 10:01:43 +0200 with message-id <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> and subject line Closed due to being a problem in my PNG files has caused the attached Bug report to be marked as done. This means that you claim that the problem has been dealt with. If this is not the case it is now your responsibility to reopen the Bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith. (NB: If you are a system administrator and have no idea what I am talking about this indicates a serious mail system misconfiguration somewhere. Please contact me immediately.) Debian bug tracking system administrator (administrator, Debian Bugs database) --- Begin Message --- Package: libqt4-dev Version: 4.1.1-1 Severity: important X-Debbugs-Cc: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Hello, no PNG-Icons are diplayed in my application (packagesearch). For example the following code has no effect (used to work before): QPixmap appIcon("packagesearch.png"); setIcon(appIcon); Switching to an XPM-icon works fine. The workaround for the old icon-bug (#347251) - deinstalling the debug package - did not work. Bug#368051: libarts1c2a: artsd taking 100% CPU on KDE start

Have you tried it since libasound2 was upgraded to 1.0.11-7? It is my understanding that a bug in that library was causing the artsd problems. Bug#369830: kmail: since 3.5.x now way to hide IMAP INBOX prefix
Package: kmail Version: 4:3.5.2-1+b2 Severity: normal Hi, this could be a documentation problem ... but kmail seems to have neither an up-to-date home page nor is the help of much use. Here some details: On my Cyrus IMAP server I see (as user cyrus) folders like user.centauri user.centauri.Archive user.centauri.Current and as user centauri: INBOX INBOX.Archive INBOX.Current e.g. INBOX is a prefix for the folders that actually contain my data. In previous versions kmail allowed me to specify "INBOX." as a prefix and the folder tree in kmail looked as I wanted: Centauri -+-Archive +-Current Since 3.5 this no longer works (the prefix option is gone) and setting "personal" in the namespace fields does not help. The confusing tree looks now like: Centauri ---INBOX -+-Archive +-Current This unwanted "INBOX" is quite confusing for most people and wastes space on the screen. According to upstream, the old "Prefix" handling was a hack, and with KDE 3.5, kmail now properly supports namespaces. Also according to the upstream bug, this will not be fixed in KDE 3.5, but may be fixed in KDE 4. I suggest voting for the bug in the KDE bug tracker. Thanks, Josh

Bug#369894: kdelibs-bin: Package description should be changed to "not longer needed"
Package: kdelibs-bin Version: 4:3.5.2-2+b1 Severity: normal As I read in http://packages.debian.org/changelogs/pool/main/k/kdelibs/kdelibs_3.5.3-1/changelog.txt the kdelibs-bin package is not longer needed due to be merged with kdelibs4c2a. Bug#369894: kdelibs-bin: Package description should be changed to "not longer needed"
Hi, after a dist-upgrade which removed package kdelibs-bin, the package description changed to" Package: kdelibs-bin State: not a real package Provided by: kdelibs4c2a It seemes to me, that this description just came when I did the dist-upgrade. I don't understand, how the description comes to my box. Maybe it comes with the package itself? At least in this case it would have been better if it had come with "aptitude update", so one could have seen that it is not longer needed before removing it. But as I said, I don't understand the process that well, so maybe I could have said "Ok, now it's there." instead. ;) regards -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Bug#369899: kcontrol: should suggest ntpdate
Package: kcontrol Version: 4:3.5.3-1 Severity: wishlist I was eagerly awaiting KDE 3.4 in Etch until I tried it and couldn't find a way to synchronize the clock by NTP. Today someone learned me that kcmshell clock could actually do that. The trick is that, apparently, some *ntp* packages have to be installed. I tried ntpdate first, and that worked. I don't know NTP enough to say if other packages can provide the same functionality. Suggesting ntpdate won't be much helpful for other people, who would better see the option in kcmshell clock anyway, and being told to install ntpdate when they attempt to use it, but I guess this report will remind me to open a bug upstream about that later. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
