Bug#260201: ksvg: workaround available for this bug?

Bug#279347: konsole invokes bash as non-login shell
Package: konsole Version: 4:3.2.2-1 When starting konsole, the bash shell is invoked as a non-login shell, so /etc/profile is NOT read! Is this the correct behavior? Earlier versions of testing distributions did in fact read the /etc/profile file...
