In what way can you not remove, say, kdat? What output from 
apt-get/aptitude are you getting when you try to remove kdat?

Please consider adding the attached Brazilian Portuguese (pt_BR) debconf
template translation into the kdepim Debian package.

It was already checked against errors using the msgfmt utility from the
gettext package and no errors were found.
