OTOH, if you have OO.o installed to a partition, I believe a simple unmount / mount will flush the cache - a pain to have a partition just for that I know but ... Misterioes Error with building OOo in tcsh

There error comes from the tcsh. Look at this: http://www.sunmanagers.org/pipermail/summaries/2002-February/002395.html On debian unstable, the error was fixed by upgrading the tcsh. But there are some hints for fixing that at the given url.
