gpc-doc package can not build on sh3 and sh4.
gpc is not support sh3 and sh4.
But current package is going to build gpc-doc.
I made a patch to revise to be able to build.

This is not a bug in the Eclipse compiler itself but in the class library
it uses. When GCJ got updated to version 4.4.0 the Scanner class was
introduced and it now compiles.
